Consignment
Merchandise is sold on a sale and split basis at a 50/50 % split. Kinston Furniture, Inc. has the right to sell merchandise at whatever price it finds necessary and determines the original sale price, specials, and discounts. All merchandise must be given 90 days to sell- NO merchandise can be picked up by consigner before the 90 day period has ended. After the 90 day period has ended, you may pick up your merchandise if you choose to at any time, IF it is not sold or on layaway. If the merchandise is put on layaway you will NOT be paid until it is paid in full. Any appliances that are consigned must wait 30 days from date of purchase to be paid due to the fact that we warranty used appliances for 30 days.
*Please allow 2 weeks for merchandise to be put on the floor for sale (due to high volume of consignment merchandise, we need this grace period) then allow 30 days for merchandise to be sold and before calling to inquire on your consignment.* NO EXCEPTIONS!!
**It is the consigners responsibility to call or make contact with Kinston Furniture, Inc. to find out if their merchandise has been sold.**
